Extra Nights

Please note any extra nights you will require (such as the Thursday prior, and/or the Sunday following the event). The charge for dinner, bed and breakfast per night for a standard room will be £89/room for single occupancy, £129/room for double or twin occupancy. The supplement for a premium room will be £25/room per night. You will be able to pay the hotel directly for these extra nights on arrival. Extra nights are available on a fcfs basis, and may be booked nearer the time depending on availability.

Dance Experience*

Would you prefer to attend as a non-resident if available nearer the time?

We might be able to offer a handful of non-residential places nearer the time. Please tick the box if you would like to be put on a waiting list for a non-residential place.

Receive notifications

Please tick this box to receive email notifications of future dance events that we run.

Places will be allocated in pairs on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are successful, you will be asked to pay a £25 deposit within 7 days to secure your place. The remainder will be due before 30^th June 2024.

Single leaders and followers are welcome to apply, and we will match you up with a partner as soon as we can. Unfortunately if one person in a “booking partnership” is not able to attend, the other person will also lose their place until we can pair them up again. They will go to the place in the queue that they would have occupied had they registered without a partner. If the balance payment due date has not passed we will hold a “couple place” for two weeks in case a replacement booking partner can be found.

Cancellation policy:
The £25 deposit is not refundable
Balance payment due by 30^th June 2024
No refunds for cancellations on or after 1^st July 2024, so we recommend you take out holiday insurance in case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances
We may however be able to offer a refund if we are able to resell your place
